IS there any minimum requirement on the order?

No, no minimum order is required.

 

Where does TheDealStory.com ship to?

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, FPO or APO Addresses and we cannot ship outside of the Continental United States.

 

What do I pay for?

You pay for the merchandise and the shipping cost.

 

Whose address will be shown on the package?

We put our address but your business name on the return address

 

Will the TheDealStory price be shown to my client?

No, we do not include the prices you paid for the merchandise.

 

Does the client know the package was purchased from TheDealStory.com?

No, we only print your company name on the packing list, not ours

We do not include any promotional items in the shipment unless you request.

 

Will I receive the tracking number for the package?

We automatically send you the tracking # once the package dropped off with the carrier

 

How to return?

Yes, Authorized RMA # is required for all return pakcages, TheDealStory.com will not accept returned packages without a RMA

 

Full refund will be applied within 30 days if item is returned in original condition. Shipping is non-refundable. We will not accept returns on USED items. We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Item will be repaired or replaced under warranty within 15 days if found to be DOA (defective on arrvial).

 

Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection as well as your customers protection. IT IS ALSO THE LAW.

Retrun exception:

By law, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable.

 

How soon TheDealStory.com will ship out the product once the order is placed?

Items will be shipped within TWO business days unless notified otherwise.

 

May I cancel the order?

If your order has not been shipped it may be canceled within the first 24 hours.
